Default Excalibur - Is this ruling correct?

Excalibur, right after the bloggers tournament at the IP on December 10th, $2-6 game. Five or six bloggers in the game. One blogger has already raised with the hammer and called to the river. He loses but gets respect all around.

A few hands later I am in early position and get dealt rockets. Yippee! These guys are here to have fun, so lets go! If I get 'em cracked I get to spin, if I don't, I should drag a huge pot. I raise and all fold (WTF!?) to the button who suddenly wakes up and says the button isn't right, it didn't move from the last hand. Polite discussion ensues, I say little as its clear to me the decision should be an apology from the dealer and the hand goes on, given there has been lots of action(not good action for me, but action nonetheless).

Floor comes over and says the hand is dead, I should take back my money, the button will then be moved and a new hand dealt. I say um, no, that's can't be right. Floor shrugs shoulders and walks away. Bloggers apologize to me and the dealer moves the button and the hand is re-dealt. The floor cracked my aces!! Is this the correct decision?
