Default Turn Decision

Game is pretty loose so far. Most people are passive. I don't have any real specific reads on the players yet. I don't like 3-betting, flat calling, or folding. I think my best line is to flat call to keep weaker hands betting into me, and to charge myself less when someone has a strong hand. 3-betting knocks out weak hands and keeps in the strong ones. Thoughts?
