Your reasoning is enough for me to check the flop. Not sure what to do after that but I don't think we have any reason to lead into the PFR.
Folding this to the turn CR from an unknown is bad, though on the river we are chopping any other ace, we have to hope he is bluffing basically. Still, I pay these off until I have a read. Maybe he has K3!
