What is "getting a rakeback?" Is that something that you get paid back your rake?

Could someone explain this to me? I would like to sign up for something like this. I play on EmpirePoker, Pokerstars, AbsolutePoker, Interpoker, I have accounts with Bet365, ParadisePoker, and PartyPoker. I also have d/l'd FullTilt and BoDog. I will also download anything else if I have to.
