My tourney went well. I followed the structure at Home Poker Tourney, using 20 minute levels. I had 9 people enter with 1 re-buy, and it ended in 3 hours 10 minutes. Unfortunately, it seemed like it was going on too long, because the players were just trying to end the tourney as quickly as possible at the end. (The third place guy was going all-in at every hand without even looking at his cards). The second place guy went all in on a pure bluff. I assume that it was just getting a little late for them. So I may have to shorten the blinds a bit, maybe to 15 minutes. Or I could just start the tourney when it was supposed to, instead of 20 minutes late.

My next tourney may be a bit bigger. One person who couldn't make it last time is sure to make it this time, and I'll probably try to invite a few more people.
