Starting chip stack is way too low. You are only starting them with 30BB (T1500) or 40BB (T2000); most tournaments begin somewhere between 50BB to 100BBB. You should probably start them with T2500 - T5000 if you starting BB is 50. For 10 folks, try this breakout for a T3000 tourney:

A possible chip breakout for 10 players might be 160 x 25, 200 x 100, 100 x 500 and 40 x 1000.
