Hand #1: I 3-bet the flop. We're only behind KK, or AA, and if I were MP1 I would play TT-QQ and AK the same way. Consequently, the turn would play differently. Don't fold the turn. Folding is terrible. This is .5/1 for god's sake, a lot of different hands will 3 bet preflop.
Hand #2: Any reads on the CO? What kind of hands will he cap the flop with? You may be up against a set or two pair, but if you're up against 2 pair like A4 (or something awful like that, even 94 sometimes), then you have more outs than you realize to improve. I call down. Calling down in a 10+ BB pot as an underdog is part of how you win money at this game.
