I wouldn't raise just any turn but this turn is god's gift to 2+2ers. You have a chance to fold a pair (it's a scare card), the villian could be on a flush draw in which case it's better because you don't have to guess on the river, if villian does have a weak pair we have 14 outs.
FWIW I'm getting more passive on turns at 10/20 but this one is to sweet a spot to pass up.
