no. the pause is slightly more likely to mean that opponent wants free card, is worried you just hit etc than it is to mean he is plotting to trap you or something

Or it could mean they're:

-Watching TV and stopped looking at their computer.
-Are playing multiple tables at once and haven't looked back at that table yet.
-Are simultaneously looking at internet porn.
-Got up to get a sandwich
-Got up to get a beer
-Spilled beer on their shirt

... I think you get the point...

Live game pauses mean something because you can control for other variable. Online it's just to "noisy" a tell to base much upon.
