Not allowing cash to play is death for high limit games. Many players don't want to go to the cage to buy 10k in chips (or similar amounts) very often b/c they don't want to be hit with a CTR every day of their lives. I also believe cash should not only play, but play in such a way that they can just pull the paper into the pot and give chip change. Having to break the bills (as they do in AC, CT, etc) is very annoying (esp. when people just throw in bill after bill or leave rather than go to the cage to get more chips, etc). Also, as steamboatin said, making players go to the cage gives them a chance to realize they are just pissing money away.
