(1) Push it.
(2) ??? Bet the turn? You have a large pair?
(3) I prefer not raising preflop, because you don't get chased off the hand by larger pairs, which gives you the chance to flop a set and bust them. On an undercard flop you shouldn't go broke vs a larger pair. As it is here, you have to fold.
(4) Bet the turn. SB either has some kind of draw, in which case you need to charge him, or he's disguising a larger 7. If he checkraises a large amount, you need to lay this down.
