I'll try to avoid going down this road, as it is far too well-travelled. But I cannot resist saying just two things:
1) 2:1 is not a small edge.
2) You won't like it the vast majority of times when, while you're getting blinded down waiting for a bigger hand (good job increasing that edge 20%, by the way; are you sure 4.5:1 is a big enough edge to outweigh your amazing poker skills with these super-deep 30 BB stacks?) someone else calls with AK, takes all the maniac's chips, and proceeds to run over the table with his now monstrous stack.
