It's the BB's stack size that's important here... On the flop the pot is almost equal to the BB's remaining stack so I'd either just put him all-in on the flop or bet about 1/2 the pot hoping he raises all-in with an even weaker hand. If he flat calls the flop, all the money is going in on the turn. At no point am I folding this hand at this stage in the tourney with that board.
