Try asking them to send you a transaction history. Every single move should be tracked by them. Example: When you sat down at a table, with how much, what table, if you added on, when you left, how much u left with, etc.
I request this from UB every month/quarter to get this information. I have something like 30,000 lines of data.
With all of the data (comes on the form of an EXCEL file) I can plot something up like this:
