Apparently the coded messages aren't effective outside a three yard range.

Had a local judge hear a case about a drunk driving stripper. Stripper's defense: "I had on stilettoes, and it would have been too painful to walk home." (Wonder if she uses them to dial for a cab as well.) Judge: "I used to 'dance' back in my day, and I know what you mean. Case dismissed."

Our judges in this state are beyond any sense of reality. Just glad to see it in the national spotlight.
