I'm not sure if we're allowed to offer serious questions and comments in this forum, but I do find myself wondering whether you really have a gambling problem, as you say. It looks to me like you have a LAG problem, but that's not exactly the same thing.
In any event, I hope you work through whatever the problem is. Seriously.
