I use a program/service from hush communications (the makers of hushmail) called Just 1 Key. It works similar to most of the free/shareware programs in it's class, but has a few things going for it.
It doesn't require any software on the client pc. The encrypted database can be accessed via a secure connection using any pc equipped with the latest Java software.
If you mainly use the downloadable client from one or two machines, the program automatically synchronizes itself to the copy stored on Hush's secure servers. Should your pc(s) be lost/stolen, you're travelling or visiting, etc the information is easily retrievable.
