I have not seen Raymer's post, so perhaps he explains this - but how can you determine what the average chip count will be ITM or at the FT during the add-on decision making time? Meaning, if they don't post the final number of add-ons and the number of spots paid until AFTER the add-on period is over, how can you determine what the average chip count ITM will be when you actually have to decide whether or not to add on? Or did Raymer suggest just approximating the average chip count?
