You need not to worry about how much your VPIP/Aggression stats are and worry more about the poker you're playing.

You should aim to play a style that is deceptive and hard for your opponents to play vs. A style that makes you money in various ways such as being able to get paid when you have a hand to being able to pick up small pots here and there.

You need to focus on playing better, smarter, stronger poker. That's what matters and that's what makes you money long term.

Being too loose or too tight are definately factors that fall into the above category and get reflected in VPIP.
