Default BJ Ballroom account locked?


I signed up for Blackjack Ballroom tonight (using Neteller), received my bonus and played a bit tonight. When I returned a few hours later my account was locked and I received this email:

Hello

Your account has been locked because of information we have received from an online merchant. This information may relate to previous payment disputes or inappropriate online activity.

The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account and this decision is final.

Should you however wish to query this decision, you may contact the Casino Risk Management team by sending an email to: riskmanagement@casinorewards.com

The casino has taken this action in order to reduce the casino's exposure to online losses and to protect the integrity of online gaming.

I've never played any of this casino group before (I've whored 4 other casinos) and am not aware of any kind of payment dispute or improper online activity.

Can anyone tell me what this means?
I emailed to riskmanagement and will curiously wait to see what they say.
