I think you used to be able to get both, but now you have to choose between the low juice OR the bonus.
I'm not worried about them financially, I have over 10K there at the moment. they might cut my bet limits a little once I withdraw a chunk of winnings, but my friend had even more there and got it out using Neteller no problem.
