you are already seriously short stacked. Any fancy play that you will fold leaves you way short stacked. You are close to pot committed.
Coming back from 400 against those stacks is unlikely.
Getting a better hand soon is unlikely. Waiting for a better hand that you can double up with will only double up your shorter by then stack. A shorter stack that anyone will call.
Use what little FE you have. A push will close the gap a little.
