Can I maximize my value, or am I just asking for trouble?

End of 1st hour. My image is pretty aggressive, donkish over good.
I have 1600 to start the hand.
Button limps for 60 (2500ish behind, fairly aggressive)
SB completes (1900 behind, nothing jumped out with his play)
I check with A8
Flop (180) 8 8 9 (rainbow)
SB checks. Hero checks. Button bets 180. SB raises to 360.
720 in the pot, about 50% of my stack. If they are awake, a smooth call by me screams 8. I think button can have any 2, but SB most likely has an 8, maybe an OP or A9, maybe JT.
I think an 8 pays me off regardless, A9 maybe, given his stack size. JT only pays me off when he beats me.
