I think:
Hand #1 - fold river
Hand #2 - checking the turn is not too bad for reasons I expressed, but bet river.
Hand #3 - folding flop may be correct because my outs were so suspect. JJ and I'm dead and another AK is a split.
Hand #4 - Raise the turn
