Whitey you make some good points. However, I don't think it's quite feasible to avoid MLG when he's two to my left. I have to steal sometimes, and I should be a little more active since I'm one of the two big stacks.
If I can't raise without a legit hand when MLG is the BB, then can I steal when he's the SB? Or should I avoid that too?
I definitely don't think I was trying to "outplay" MLG so I could run and post it on 2p2 or anything like that.
