Honestly and in all seriousness, it's push or fold here. If you think there's a good chance he could lay down a hand that might be ahead, like one with a 9, or if you're sure he'll lay down if behind then go for it. At this point with that holding I'd be happy to take down the sidepot and hope that the all-in guy is holding two OCs that miss the turn and river.
