It is a trademark, and they're still pretty common in the midwest. They're owned by Dairy Queen, and most of the newer ones are OJ/DQ combinations. I don't know what the deal is with Vegas.
Strawberry and Peach regular Julii always vie for my attention, but if you get the chance to get Blackberry, don't miss it. I had one in Omaha in August '99 and have been pining for more ever since.
