It's not difficult to tell when a girl is happy to be doing whatever, usually because she is putting her tongue in your mouth, your hand on her assorteds or her hand on your bits. That's the kind of consent that actual girls tend to respond with. If they want to do something then they tend to actively engage in doing it.
If you're ever unsure if you can proceed you say "is this cool?" and react accordingly. Honest to god, it's not that tricky. Girls are not complicated. They're just people.
