Default KQs A on board

Villain is TAG.

Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 max, 4 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG raises, 1 fold, Hero 3-bets, 1 fold, UTG calls.

Flop: (7 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, UTG calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG calls, Hero calls.

River: (6.50 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 8.50 BB

Turn and river I'm not too sure about. My thinking is that pairs under an ace can't be feeling good about themselves and will often fold the turn drawing slim. However, when I show weakness there's a good chance he'll bet them thinking he may be ahead.

On the river, there's no reasonable hands that he can be value-betting here besides an Ace.
