First hand of my next session I get AQs in the big blind and I won [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]. Thanks for all the advice guys. The worst thing about this downswing is that it has affected my confidence, making me play a bit more passively. However I have just finished a winnig session (only 4BB) but it felt good after constantly losing.

Before this started I was planning on moving up to 1/2 6max on friday, but I think I will delay it for a couple of weeks while I try to rebuild a bit.
