sounds like hes pretty smart. I would go wherever he can get the best scholarship, cause college is freakin expensive. I had a full scholarship and still ended up 18 grand in debt somehow. I guess I'm too lazy to work a real job and go to school at the same time. But have your kid look into as many scholarships as possible, and have someone knowledgeable review his applications.
