Why not? Should "decent males" not want to touch your "nasty" uncircumcised parts?
There's nothing "nasty" about it, unless the guy doesn't practice good personal hygiene. But circumcised guys can fail to practice good hygiene and be "nasty" too. See all the recent "my balls smell and I haven't showered in three days" threads. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
