I would raise more preflop. My general rule in level 1, with any hand I'd raise with, is 60 chips (4xBB) + 15 for each player that has limped. So my raise might be to something like 150 here... somewhere in the neighborhood of 120-180, anyway.

I stick with the same sort of system on level 2, except its 3xBB + 30 for each limper, assuming I've got the chips for it -- otherwise I just push.

On the flop I am CB'ing for 1/2 to 2/3 pot (likely somewhere around 300 chips) about 80% of the time whether I whiff or not. If someone pushes, I fold. If someone calls, I hit running A - K and beat their A - J.

If someone calls and by some miracle I don't improve on the turn, I probably shut down and get all pissed off.
