I don't believe any aids of this kind should be allowed at all. But if the site does have such rules, it's probably rarely enforced. It's probably not going to help someone that much, and could possibly have a reverse effect, but you never know.

I don't seem to recall the casino's letter players play with blackjack computers at the table. If you know of such a place, please let me know.

I have seen people playing blackjack with a hand chart on many occasions.

As to this program, it probably just reads hand histories? If not then I imagine it is against T&C at most sites.
