OK, so I used Eastbays calculator. I assumed he'd call 100% of the time. Using your range:
88+, AJ+, KQs: $EV = +1.0%
Using my range:
88+, AQ+: $EV = 0.0%
My result was kind of what I expected. You throw in there ANY probability of a fold, and this goes way up.
