I think there are 2 types of sticky bonuses. One allows you to cash out your deposit but not the bonus, the other removes your bonus upon any cashout. What are the optimal strategies for both. I presume for the first, you would meet the required wagering requirement then withdraw and try to double up, if you do you withdraw, rinse and repeat. What about the second type?

1. If you win, flat bet small amount to meet WR.
2. If you lose, oh well, move on to the next casino.
