The SB 3-bet and he´s aggression on the flop indicates that you are up against two high pairs.

jj (discounted) 3
= 9 ways
You lose:
AA = 6 ways.
I would cap the flop. Raise the turn and call a 3-three bet. If villian 3-bets the turn think its more likely that you are facing aa, due to hes aggression post-flop combined with the infomation you gave by capping preflop.
