I would play the hand pretty much like you did... except I would bet the flop, turn, and river. If raised on the flop I would have 3 bet and if 4 bet go into check/call mode, if raised on the turn or river I would go into check/call mode. Oh, and if club comes on river and it is heads-up I would check-call, and if there is 2 players left probably check-fold depending on who was betting and my position relative to the bettor.
