Re: $2/$4, $3/$6, and $5/$10
At party the way to go up had always been this:
.5/1 -> 1/2 -> 2/4 -> 3/6 -> 5/10 (6max) -> 10/20 (6max) -> 15/30 or preferably 20/40
However with 3/6 short appearing and killing the full game just like it did at 5/10 and 10/20 you can now turn that into 6 max too.
