Default Re: PP Million Qualfiers $500 x (1 seat/per) 35 entrants = $17500

Could someone explain these Frequent player bonus points (or whatever they are)

As far as I can tell Party doesn't GIVE anything away. They just have some players start with more chips than others.
So if I want to play the tourney at Party and don't have a large number of 'bonus' points or whatever.
Basically not only do I have the honor of paying Party $35 to play in the tourney but my $500 buy in is IMMEDIATELY worth consaiderably less than $500.

So if everyone else starts with an average of 2,000 chips and I start with 1,000 I am effectively paying a $35 fee PLUS another $250 fee to enter (as my $500 starting value is only half of the average persons)
So I pay $535 for $250 worth of chips A $285 ADD ON FEE

If this is true why would ANYONE (without the full 3,000 starting chips) play in this thing?

Can anyone verify? I am simply amazed! (It seems to me Party should add another seat for every 35,000 addt chips they give away in 'bonus' but that doesn't appear to be the case) Please tell me I'm missing something.
