I'm confused. You refer to a lot of preflop raises, but in these hands you were the only one raising. I'd call these hands passive, not aggressive. In both hands you fell victim to players who played extremely badly but lucked out. Good job finding those great fishy tables.

If 3+ people have already cold-called a preflop raise, AND you have a GOOD speculative hand (98s-QJs, AXs) you should 3-bet. anything worse (suited kings, low suited connectors, offsuit connectors, one-gappers) you should fold.

That's the simple part. The hard part is working on your postflop play.
