I just can not take there lack of customer support; however, I still feel the games are just too soft and I can easily get into 8 of them at a time without much wait or hassle. What are the 100s like elsewhere? can you find plenty of games for multi-tabling and how soft is the comptition?

I wouldn't care if the party poker customer support sent me hate mail. It's the best site to play SNG's so I play there.

You could try pokerstars, but you'd need to adjust to their structure and I think the average party player is worse...
