Default Contest poll: Did this 405 pound man run the 100m dash under 22 sec.?

A local sports radio station had a contest. One of the interns at the radio station is a 405 pound man.

They are hooking the intern up with some nice suits and a diet/exercise plan at a local health club, but in return he agreed to be a prt of a radio contest today.

Basically, the running bet was this: In international news, there was a 95-year old Japanese man who ran the 100m dash in 22 seconds, a record for a man his age. Could this 405-pound individual run the 100m dash under 22 seconds?

The run took place below the station's headquarters on the sidewalk outside the local train/tram station (MARTA).

So, did he beat the time, or no?
