Default So is this normal? How should the house handle this? If anything...

I've only played B&M twice in my life, both times spent a few days in Tunica.

Typical very loose-very bad low limit table (3/6)

I pick up AJs in EP and raise, 1 caller, then a reraise, then a cold-call of 3 bets, I call, original limper calls. I know i'm probably behind..

Flop

A J 4, 2 hearts.

I have the best hand probably, and bet out, it gets raised, and then reraised and then another cold call, I cap, yada yda.

turn is a rag, I bet out, everyone calls (at this point the guy whose been cold calling is all in).

He then stands up and leans over the table and begins saying

"heart.... heart.... heart, heart"

Not loudly, like screaming, but in a normal talking voice, loud enough so everyone at the table can hear him.

So at this point I put the guy on a heart draw.....

I pissed offidly bet out and both guys called,

They each had AK and my AJ wins the baby side pot created on the river.

Mr Horrible Hearts collects the main pot with his garbage flush (had like 85 or something terrible).

I know alot of people don't have poker savy, but does a player really think its approriate to get up and begin saying heart over and over, making it clear he holds a flush draw, while there are 3 other active players??

What is the house rule on this? Obviously it's "frowned" upon but what is supposed to happen? The guy given a warning? Told to shut up? Folded? What if anything is supposed to happen to a player doing this?
