Default Online Casinos Counter Measures

Everybody "knows" that the card shuffling algorithms of online poker sites is good in enough in such a way that all hands appear "randomly" and with the same frequency. All the poker sites I know have such a certificate.

Alright, it might be that the card shuffling algorithms are fair, but what if the software deals constantly second best hands to certain players for some particular reason? Before the cards are dealt, the final hands can be analyzed and the player who should lose is dealt the second best hand until he gets broken. The card shuffling algorithm would not have to change, only the statistical distibution of the hands would be a little "biased". I suspect that a player would get broken faster than he could collect enough statistical evidence for the faked deals.

Do you think that online poker rooms use this method or what other counter measures could they use to stop collusion?
