One states a 20% bonus the other 50%, one $5 rake for $1 release the other a 10x play through. When you click on the standard promotional terms in the 2nd link it becomes more muddled and less conclusive. Support said it was contributed raked hands, but the guy I spoke with had a great deal of trouble understanding the question, and I'm not sure he ever did.
Hence the confusion.
