i think this is impossible to solve because you need to solve correctly for positional advantage, opponent's post-flop skill, and blinds play and tendencies.

That said, my thought is you can 3 bet with 40-50% equity vs his range (I think HPFAP says just the opposite though, that you should tighten up. But im not sure.)
