Rough guesses, but this could be one analysis:
Cost to comply with Kyoto: $800B
Damage possibly caused without Kyoto: $600B
Damange caused even with Kyoto: $200B
Sounds to me spending $800B to save $400B isn't really worth it. Again, these are total WAG's, but don't have the data in front of me. Some people have estimated a similar type thing.
