I started dealing for a charity/private poker tournament company on the side a while ago, and as a result I quickly got quite good at shuffling/dealing. I have since stopped, but now it completely pains me to go to Foxwoods and watch the dealers fumble with the cards and stumble over every ruling...which doesn't exactly speak volumes for Foxwoods' dealer school...
