Default *This* is what the play is like at the 33\'s? Somebody please explain..

I'm watching this game b/c UTG is a favorite fish of mine from the 1/2 6-max tables, and I can't possibly fathom how he can afford to play in a 33... he's really, really terrible... horribly loose and passive (like 88/0/0.4 over 600 hands).

Converter screwed up the pot size and players per street, so much of this was reconstructed by hand.

I know this is PL and not NL, but is this normal? I mean seriously... wtf? Who calls 520 preflop and then folds for his last 110 or so postflop (well, my favorite fish... that's who)?
